The ‘Integration Series’ is made out of cut and pasted tape encased in shiny resin. This figurative collection creates the illusion of overlapping transparent colors, inviting viewers to explore the depth and vibrancy of their own multifaceted identities.
This tape painting uses Sarah Stieber’s innovative technique of layering shiny, sparkly, and holographic strips of vinyl. The artwork shimmers and changes color depending on the light. With the resin finish it looks as though it is encased in glass.
