36in x 36in custom-built round wood panel

Made completely out of of cut and pasted vinyl tape and coated in resin.

This tape painting uses Sarah Stieber’s innovative technique of layering shiny, sparkly, and holographic strips of vinyl. The artwork shimmers and changes color depending on the light. With the resin finish it looks as though it is encased in glass.

This body of work is a reimagining of what it means to live expansively and freely.
