This tape painting is made out of cut and pasted tape and encased in a protective resin. Sarah Stieber’s innovative technique of layering shiny, sparkly, and holographic strips of vinyl, let’s the artwork shimmer and change color depending on the light. With the resin finish it looks as though it is encased in glass.
