After finishing the *Painting Ladies of Hillcrest* mural, F&F properties hired Sarah Stieber to bring the mural to life inside of one of the units. She designed the living room to reflect what she imagines these *Painting Ladies* are creating …a dream space full of color, stripes, and polka dots!

At the mural reveal party, guests were invited to view the living room Stieber designed as an extension of her artwork, and sign a lease for this artist designed space!
